62nd Annual WNY Maple Festival

Here are a few fun shots from the WNY Maple Festival! Each year, the Village of Franklinville Police Department plays an important role in this event by managing no parking, providing police coverage for the whole event including for the parade, color run, general event security, and post event cleanup.  It's a tradition for the team to enjoy the all-u-can-eat pancake & sausage breakfast each morning. 

New Patrolman Jordan King went head‑to‑head with SRO Sergeant Holden Heineman in a pancake‑eating showdown. Patrolmen John Dowd and Jeremy Pula jumped in to “assist” by volunteering as unofficial syrup‑logistics coordinators, and Chief Robert Cintron watched from the sidelines determined not to get dragged into a breakfast‑related controversy.
