Congratulations Sergeant Heineman!

Congratulations, Sgt. Heineman!
The Franklinville Police Department is proud to announce the promotion of Patrolman Heineman to the rank of Sergeant! Sgt. Heineman has been a dedicated member of FPD since 2010, when he began his career as a patrolman.

Now, in February 2025, we are thrilled to see him take the next step in his career as Sergeant. He will continue his role as School Resource Officer while taking on additional responsibilities as a Patrol Supervisor. His dedication, leadership, and commitment to service make him a valuable asset to our department and the community.

Please join us in congratulating Sgt. Heineman on this well-earned promotion! We look forward to seeing him continue to grow and excel in his new role. Pictured below is SRO Holden Heineman and Chief of Police Robert Cintron.
