The Inspections Office within the Department of Permit and Inspection Services is responsible for the following inspection types within the Village of Franklinville:

• Business Licenses
• Citizen Service Complaints
• Concentrated Code Enforcement
• Court Inspections

Common Complaints

Common complaints received by our department are:

• Garbage / debris accumulation
• Snow removal
• Tall grass and weeds
• Vacant or abandoned properties
• Sub-standard housing

We must remind property owners that the failure to maintain grass, snow and debris may result in a ticket being issued. 

Goal

Our department’s overall goal is to work with residents and community organizations to resolve housing and zoning problems throughout the Village of Franklinville.
