6/18 WKBW Interview- Mutuallink

Sergeant Heineman serves as our SRO at Franklinville Central School District. For the last 2 years, he has played an integral role in piloting Mutuallink, a new system put out by Cattaraugus County that connects disparate systems to enable on-demand unified voice, radio, video and data communications for pre-planned, emergency response or community managed events.
