Currently, all court matters within village jurisdiction are handled by the Town of Franklinville Court. The new village justice court is still in the startup phase & is NOT operational.
Recently, there have been several conversations at public board meetings and through email communications regarding the court. The village board will be attending the Town Board Meeting on Tuesday 5/13 at 7PM (Franklinville Town Hall) to discuss recent letters the boards exchanged including a formal proposal for the village to rent the Town of Franklinville courtroom.
